In large sauce pot, mix juices, sugar, zest, juice and pulp of the oranges, and spices.
Bring to boil, reduce and simmer for 30 minutes, until the flavors and fragrance of the cinnamon and cloves are pronounced.
Add 1 bag cranberries to the pot, return to boil, and reduce to simmer, stirring occasionally, until the berries begin to come apart.
Use the back of the spoon to crush some against the sides of the pot.
Continue simmering until the mixture thickens to coat the back of a spoon.
Adjust sweetness and other spices as desired.
Add the second bag of berries, bring back to simmer and continue until the berries begin to pop.
Turn off heat, and stir in Grand Marnier.
